Ace Hardware Cherry Hills Marketplace

This store feels like a small country town where everyone knows everyone. Every time, and I mean every time I go into this store, I get the best and friendliest customer service. Always greated with smiles and "how can we help you?" I mostly use their post office services. I visit this store multiple times a week, sometimes daily to drop off packages. They. Are. Amazing. Walter, has gone out of his way to assist me with all my small business packages that I'm dropping off, sometimes 10 to 15 packages at a time. Just Amazing people. The caring woman who works in the post office is amazing too. She is so kind to my two kids. 10 STARS 🌟 for this place.

Front doors only open half way, center aisle mostly blocked especially towards the back of store making it impossible to cross from one side of the store to the other. Main aisle on left side of store also 90% blocked. Place is a serious fire hazard.

My wife had an experience over the phone with "Anne" who was very rude and pretty much laughed at her when she called to ask a question. This supposed manager or whatever title she claims to have is a disgrace to this ACE franchise. My wife and I just wanted to see if she could price match an item that was placed in the wrong place. When my wife called, Anne did not introduce herself as the manager and was rude throughout their whole conversation. For the record, we understand stores do not have to price match items that are placed in the wrong spot. We asked if there could be a one time exception since it was a store employee error. This review is mainly based on the horrendous experience my wife had with Anne. If you ever run into Anne, know that you are not dealing with a professional. Previous posts have mentioned her behavior, and I guess I will just add to that list.

The little pin and nut broke off of my water bottle. The awesome David fixed it in a couple of minutes for less than $2. Chris and Sam we're also incredible to help me. Definitely come to this store for top of the line first class help!!!

There's always someone ready to help you. They have everything I need for such a small space. I just wish they could do something about the fertilizer/chemical smell that whacks you across the face when you're there.
